Delivery

If Insynergy Labs accepts your order, please allow us 7 to 14 working days to deliver the goods to you, subject to stock availability. However, in most cases the goods will be with you before that time.

Delivery dates are estimates only. Insynergy Labs does not guarantee delivery within any stated timeframe and shall not be liable for delays outside of our reasonable control.

We deliver throughout the UK, excluding the Channel Islands, and use the delivery service we consider most suitable for each area.

UK Delivery Charges

• Single supplement bottle orders: £3.99 delivery
• Orders containing 2 or more supplement bottles: FREE UK delivery

Free delivery applies automatically to qualifying orders containing two or more supplement bottles. No discount code is required.

Delivery charges and free-delivery eligibility will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing. Damaged products must be retained in case we need to inspect them.

For deliveries that appear to be delayed or missing, please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us, as parcels can occasionally be delayed while in transit. Contact us by emailing us here.
